I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up. The whole shipping process was just super slow, and by the time it finally arrived I was already annoyed. probably won’t be ordering from here again

I’m sure I reached out more than once, but I never got what felt like an actual response. Maybe I missed something, but it seemed like customer service wasn’t much help at all.

I ordered a knife from knivesplus.com, and somehow the one that showed up wasn’t the exact model I picked. Always fun when ordering online turns into a little mystery box situation. The receipt wasn’t much help either, unless its purpose was to add to the confusion.
The packaging was rough too. The knife was basically tossed in a box with barely any padding, because apparently protection during shipping is just a fancy bonus feature now. By the time it arrived, the knife box was dented up and looked like it had been through a few rounds.

I get that mistakes happen, but this whole order just felt careless. Wrong item, bad packaging, and no real clarity from the paperwork. Not exactly the shopping experience I was hoping for, and I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered from knivesplus.com thinking I was getting a decent deal, but after the fact I checked a few other sites and found the same knife for less. I’m careful with what I spend, so seeing that definitely made me regret not shopping around more.

The shipping cost didn’t help either and made the overall price feel even harder to justify. The knife itself was fine, but there wasn’t anything about the price or value that stood out to me. I’d probably only order again if their prices were more competitive

I’ll be fair and say the knife did look good when it arrived, and the shipping was totally fine. But after using it a bit, I was disappointed. The edge wasn’t very sharp out of the box, and the handle felt cheaper than I expected for the price. It also started feeling a little loose sooner than it should have. Not the worst knife ever, but I don’t think the quality matches what it costs
